QUALITÄTSKONTROLLE

Alle Produkte sind hergestellt in Übereinstimmung mit der Internationale G.M.P. Produktions-Norm (G.M.P. = Good Manufacturing Practice).
Der Ankauf von Rohstoffen für Animalherbs entsprecht vollständig der Internationalen CITES Reglementierung. Diese sind Verordnungen in Bezug auf Pflanzen, Tiere und Artenschutz, erlassen von der Convention Washingtons.

Bei spezialisierten Kräuterzüchtern werden Rohstoffe angekauft, die den höchsten Qualitätsanforderungen entsprechen.

Die Rohstoffe werden hierfür einer äußerst strengen Kontrolle unterzogen, namentlich:

Identifikation durch makroskopische und mikroskopische Untersuchung
Chemische Identifikation
Kontrolle auf Reinheit und Qualität
Analytische Kontrolle der wirksame Bestandteile mit Hilfe eines schwermetallgrenzwertest , Mikrobiologische Test, TLC Test (Thin Layer Chromotography), HPLC Test (High Pressure Liquid Chromatography).
Kontrolle auf die Anwesenheit von: Sulfat, Ethanol Reste, Aristolochiasäure, Arsen, Cadmium, Blei und andere Schwermetalle, Chorat, Organische Phosphat, Ruckstand von Insektiziden, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus (S.aureus), Escherichia coli (E.coli), Staphylococcen, Aflatoxine und Salmonellen.

Für jeden Rohstoff wird ein "certificate of analysis" erstellt, worauf alle technische Daten dokumentiert werden wie:

Batch-Nummer, Produkt-Name, botanischer Name, Type des Auszugs, Auszugsverhältnis, Produktions-Datum, komplette physikalische Qualitätskontrolle, komplette chemische Qualitätskontrolle und komplette mikrobiologische Qualitätskontrolle.

Die Rohstoffe entsprechen somit mehr als in der "National Nutration Foods Association" gefordert.
